Terms of Service

Design by Edward George (“Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Edward George London. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

At launch, the Service is available to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom only. Stripe Checkout will block purchases from other countries until we expand availability.

Pro subscription is £23/$29 per month (or £230/$290 per year, saving roughly two months) and includes 150 credits per billing cycle, refilled on each renewal. Unused credits roll over for one month.

Image credit packs are one-time purchases that immediately add credits to your balance and never expire while your account is active.

Credit cost per generation depends on the operation type and resolution. Standard 2K renders are 1 credit; image transforms from your own photo are 2 credits; 4K versions add 1 credit. The full breakdown is shown on the pricing page.

New Pro subscriptions are eligible for a pro rata refund within 7 days of the first charge, calculated from unused credits. For example, if you use 50 of your 150 credits, you receive a refund for the remaining 100. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable.

Image credit pack purchases are non-refundable except where required by law, since credits are added to your balance immediately on purchase.

To request a refund, email us with your account details and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

If a generation fails for technical reasons before completion, the credits reserved for it are automatically refunded to your balance. You are never charged for generations that did not produce a usable result.

You retain ownership of any image you upload to the Service. You also own the AI-generated outputs created from your inputs and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, including in client work and printed materials.

We make no copyright claim on outputs generated for your account. We may anonymously use aggregated, non-identifying generation patterns to improve the Service.

When you generate a design, your prompt and any uploaded reference images are sent to a third-party AI service for processing. The service processes the request and returns the generated image, which we store in your private library.

We retain generation logs (request payload, response payload, model, cost, errors) to provide customer support, debug failures, and track usage. These logs are visible only to you and our support team.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable law or third-party rights
• Depicts illegal, deceptive, or harmful subject matter
• Impersonates real people without their consent
• Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other IP

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

The Service depends on third-party AI infrastructure that may be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but we work to minimise downtime and notify subscribers of planned maintenance.

Subscription pricing and credit pack pricing are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice via email. Existing subscriptions retain their current price for the remainder of any prepaid period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. You can delete your account permanently from the same page; deletion removes your designs, uploads, and history and cannot be undone.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, suitable for any specific use, or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edward George London, its officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, content you upload, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before pursuing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
